This modern loft was a special project close to my heart, I helped my father successfully navigate and complete the sale of his Puerto Rico condo by managing the entire presentation, staging direction, communication, and buyer coordination.

Although I wasn’t yet a licensed Realtor, my strategic eye for value, marketing flair, and professional negotiation approach helped finalize the deal. This experience deepened my love for real estate and proved that vision, preparation, and integrity can make any transaction seamless — even before holding a license.
